We are looking for people to become mobile travel consultants. Individuals with creative, flexible and engaging personalities who will become world famous in their local area as the “go to” person for travel.
Travel Industry experience is great but to be honest someone who has been sat in the same travel shop for 25 years probably isn’t going to light our fire.
You will be selling a wide variety of luxury holiday and travel experiences with a real focus on high value, high margin products. Typically, the type of travel experiences you will be offering could include:
• Luxury Villas
• Tailor-made private tours
• Round the World itineraries
• In-bound travel
• Honeymoons and luxury beach holidays
We don’t offer basic salaries, but we do believe in working together to share success. You will be paid a profit share of the bookings that confirm and in time there may be the possibility of equity and a real opportunity to help shape the future of the business.
The cost to set yourself up as a Pope&Sons Ambassador is £5,000 which will include:
5-day induction programme delivered both in-house and virtual
Ongoing training, mentoring and support with weekly video calls and on request support
Business cards, marketing material and email address
Cloud-based CRM system and e-mail marketing account
I-pad, direct phone line and mobile contract.
