Day 1 – Arrive Christchurch
Arrive in Christchurch and transfer to your luxury boutique hotel accommodation.

Day 2 – Christchurch – Bay of Many Coves
This morning, travel to the tranquil seaside town of Picton and depart on a 2½-hour private cruise to the fabulous Bay of Many Coves. Cruise Queen Charlotte Sound, renowned for its wonderful scenery, and stay alert for a chance encounter with local wildlife. Learn about the Marlborough Sounds, and the history and folklore of the region. Experience the sights and sounds of the area, exploring seemingly endless bays and coves, andconstantly beholding new and breathtaking vistas as your vessel glides through the impossibly blue waters of this extensive network of sea-drowned valleys. The cruise ends at your secluded luxury resort.

Day 3 – Bay of Many Coves
Today, depart on your scheduled cruise to some of the beautiful walking trails along the world-renowned 72km coastal Queen Charlotte Track. You’ll emerge on high ridgelines in magnificent virgin forest to breathtaking views of Cook Strait and Resolution Bay. At the end of an exhilarating day, meet your cruise and return to the comfort and luxury of your resort.

Today is at your leisure to enjoy the resort. Activities may include kayaking, swimming with the dolphins and bush walking – or you may choose to while away the hours overlooking the bay from your apartment balcony or reading in the Kumutage Lounge. The property boasts two restaurants and a waterfront café offering the delights of fresh local seafood and produce, with specially selected wines from Marlborough’s leading vintners and international labels.

Day 5 – Bay of Many Coves – Nelson
This morning, travel to Picton by water-taxi, before departing on a tour of selected vineyards of the Nelson region, known for its intensely-flavoured Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay varieties. Your accommodation for the next two nights is at Edenhouse, a gracious home situated on 48 acres of private grounds, and whose guests enjoy spacious tastefully-appointed rooms with outstanding views and large private bathrooms.

Day 6 – Nelson
Today is at your leisure in Nelson. The second-oldest settled city in New Zealand, Nelson is well known for its thriving arts and crafts scene.
